Carpet Area Is Locked by Law
Once registered, the carpet area of your specific unit cannot be reduced without buyer consent. The RERA filing contains sanctioned building plans with exact unit dimensions.

The developer must state the promised possession date in the RERA registration. If possession is delayed beyond this date, the developer owes buyers 10.75% per annum interest on payments made.
